In this episode, we interview Erin Zoch who was a dancer and is a graduate from Columbia University. She has been working at West Side Dance Physical Therapy for 3.5 years which caters to the New York City Ballet and other performers in NYC. Below are photos of the exercises Erin discusses in this episode.

Our Mission: On Physiotherapy Performance Perspectives (PPP), Jenna and Marissa interview Physical Therapists who specialize in and love treating performing artists. In this monthly podcast, we aim to help performing artists gain a better understanding of how their body works, how to reduce risk of injury, what Physical Therapy for performing artists entails, and how to maximize performance potential.
