On this episode, we interview Suzanne Semanson who has had over 20 years of experience in the performing arts and movement. Currently, Suzanne works at a busy clinic in NYC and has cared for all types of dancers including providing backstage care at several Broadway shows! She is also a lab instructor at Columbia University’s Program in Physical Therapy.

Our mission: On Physiotherapy Performance Perspectives (PPP), Jenna and Marissa interview Physical Therapists who specialize in and love treating performing artists. In this monthly podcast, we aim to help performing artists gain a better understanding of how their body works, how to reduce risk of injury, what Physical Therapy for performing artists entails, and how to maximize performance potential.
