In this episode, we interviewed Meredith Dake about Lateral Ankle Sprains. Meredith is a dancer and Physical Therapist who works with dancer all around the Denver area. She is a graduate of Regis’s program in Physical Therapy and is the founder of Performing Arts Medicine of the Rockies in Colorado which is a group of Denver-based arts medicine specialist who are committed to helping artists perform confidently.
