On this episode, we interview Alexis Sams. Dr. Sams received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Long Island University in 2008. With her degree, she has focused her efforts on providing physical therapy services to athletes and performing artists across the country including dancers, cheerleaders, musicians, marathon runners and crossfit athletes. In 2014, she founded ANS Fitness and Physical Therapy in Arizona which provides dancers with performance evaluations, fitness and conditioning classes, physical therapy, education and screenings, and technical programs.
