On this episode, Pavan Thimmaiah was interviewed. Pavan is a dancer who has worked with many popular artists such as Vanilla Ice, Macy Gray, Harry Connick Jr, Alex Feder, the XYZ Affair, Matt Palmer, Apache Indian and Sean Paul. He has also appeared on network TV for the Conan O’Brien Show, Breaking Amish (2014), NBC's 'Studio 6', Comedy Central & MTV. He has choreographed NBA halftime shows since 2013, currently for the Brooklyn Nets. He cast and choreographed the first ever NY Fashion Week Runway show at the USS Intrepid for fashion designer Chi-Zhang. He's perhaps best known as the resident choreographer & performer for NBC’s The Today Show, which he has enjoyed since 2010. It was there were he made history, putting together the Guinness World Record Setting 'World's Largest Street Dance'. He was a recipient of the prestigious Clio Award for The MCA Day Beastie Boys Tribute video that he choreographed, "Union Square Bboy Monks". This video went viral, garnering millions of views worldwide.

As the director and founder of PMT Dance Company, he has found success by incorporating musical theater, various dance styles, elaborate storylines and original music into his dance productions. PMT Dance Company has been the featured act at many prestigious venues including the New York Times Square (New Year's Eve), Toronto National Exhibition, Montreal's 375th Anniversary, The International Dance Festival (NYC–Duke Theater) & as the opening number in the Bollywood International Movie Awards. PMT's first original production, Struck, was featured on Sundance Channel’s “Young Revolutionaries.” and went on to perform in half-time show performances at Madison Square Garden, Glens Falls, Johns Hopkins & other major cities.
